1. Program Overview

The Affiliate Program (“Program”) rewards approved affiliates for promoting our coaching programs. Participation is by invitation and approval only.

2. Commission & Cookie Duration

• Commission: 10%–30% per qualifying sale
• Recurring: No
• Cookie Duration: 180 days
• Minimum Payout Threshold: None

3. Payout Terms

• Method: PayPal
• Schedule: Monthly
• Holding Period: 30 days post-sale for refund protection
• Currency: USD

4. Approved Promotion Channels

Affiliates may promote via:

• Social Media
• Email Marketing
• Blogs

Prohibited methods include:

• Spam or misleading claims
• PPC on branded terms
• Promotion to past or current clients of The Ziegler Group, LLC or 828 Media, LLC

No marketing materials will be provided at this time.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Violations that may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions:

• Fraud or misrepresentation
• Self-referrals
• Use of coupon or deal sites
• Impersonation
• Promotion to current or past clients of The Ziegler Group, LLC or 828 Media, LLC

We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may not use our logos, brand marks, or other intellectual property without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Ziegler Group, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages related to participation in the Program. No income guarantees are made or implied.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified by email.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America.
